surveymonkey buy responses

Basic plan has strict limitations: 10 free questions and 40 free responses per each form. You have access to the most basic question types and methods for data collection and analysis. The rest of the features are available in the Preview mode. To use them, you need to subscribe to one of the paid plans.

You can see the information about both Personal and Business plans on the Plans & Pricing page. But with the Basic plan, finding details won't be that easy. As a result, you might face a situation where you have collected a large number of responses without knowing the limitations of your plan. And you will be able to view only 40 of them, unless you buy a subscription.

Move to Preview & Score. Once you have finished creating your evaluation form, you can preview how it will look on different devices. SurveyMonkey measures completion time and completion rate, giving you recommendations on how to receive more responses.

Storing data. SurveyMonkey might delete surveys on a free account if it has not been active for some time. They also delete the responses that exceed the limit for the Basic plan (40 responses per survey). The company encourages its users to handle sensitive data carefully and shares recommendations on how to store it.

Benchmark data. If you have activated Benchmarks to compare your results with those average to the industry, the responses you receive for your surveys may be used for Benchmark data too. The company emphasizes that they do not disclose any personal information, just calculate statistics.

There isn't a way currently to get the Survey text directly with the responses. You'll have to fetch the survey details or the details for a specific question and match the choice ID with the text for that choice on your own.

You can freely sign up for SurveyMonkey and use the basic plan where you get 10 questions and 100 responses for free. But that is pretty much all there is. Advanced features like logic are accessible only in paid plans and you need to purchase them first to know how they work.

You brace yourself for hours of reading and manually categorizing the written responses, to find insights that will help answer your questions. You finish going through the responses and send the report just on time. Then, a new batch of survey responses arrive... Time to go through this emotional rollercoaster all over again! Well, not necessarily.

So, we can all agree that we need to analyze open-ended responses from customer surveys, in a way that provides key insights as quickly as possible. And text analysis with machine learning is the answer since it can deliver:

Clicking, scrolling and clicking again to track down a response that concerns your team can be quite repetitive and inefficient. Instead of going through the motions, you can save your team valuable hours using topic classification. Just create a model with tags for each team and the survey responses will be assigned directly to the team in charge.

By making use of an aspect-based sentiment analysis model, your team can notice how high the number of negative responses is and, furthermore, understand what aspect of the product is having a negative impact on the customer experience.

The SurveyMonkey connector works with all SurveyMonkey plans. However, the Extract data capability (opens new window) is required to retrieve survey responses from SurveyMonkey, i.e. using the Completed survey response trigger or the Send survey invite via email and wait for response action.

Gainsight Admins can integrate SurveyMonkey with Gainsight to import and analyze the survey responses. Gainsight users can then derive more customer insights from these survey responses and transform them into actionable steps.

For more information on how to create a SurveyMonkey Import Job, Review the Survey and their responses, Permissions, and known limitations refer to the SurveyMonkey Integration with Survey 2.0 article.

You can set notifications to send you responses via email to keep you up to the minute. You can set up a webhook to automatically send responses to a URL. You can also manage integrations to connect your Typeform to Mailchimp or Zapier and its library of +800 different apps.

The reporting and analytics offered by Surveymonkey is remarkably comprehensive. Even within its own simple reporting it provides the options to filter data in different ways, to analyze responses per question, per individual, or looking at overall trends. Add to this the ability to analyze A/B tests of surveys and Surveymonkey becomes the clear winner in regards to reporting and analytics.

The free package gives the same restrictions as the Typeform free package, whereas the unlimited responses will cost you around $5 more per month than the comparable Typeform package. The Advantage package from Surveymonkey does offer a second user for that price, so it balances out somewhat.

Beyond questionnaire design, SurveyMonkey continues with little touches that could be considered helpful for beginners but distracting for experienced users. For example, when it is time to deploy surveys, the app asks if you have an email list or whether you want to get feedback from visitors on your website. Much as with its template highlighting in the design phase, answers will cause SurveyMonkey to highlight certain kinds of choices, such as posting on social media or embedding into a website. SurveyMonkey also provides a well-integrated way to buy consumer responses that has built-in, Census-balancing options. The latter is a feature that Toluna QuickSurveys (85.00 Per Month for the Premium Plan at QuickSurveys)(Opens in a new window) , even with its own panel integration, lacks.

Consistent with other parts of the app, SurveyMonkey puts many easy-to-use options in its Answer Reporting page. These include a helpful data trends report, similar to the one in Outside Software eSurveysPro (40.00 Per Month for the Premium Plan, Billed Monthly at eSurveysPro)(Opens in a new window) , and with more detail than the one in Zoho Survey, which lets you see how responses to a survey developed during the time it was in the field. SoGoSurvey puts such information right on the log-in screen.

A "Filter by Question" feature lets users avoid having to do crosstabs to see how people who responded to one question also responded to another. It even allows for filtering by particular words in open-ended responses. Chart types themselves can be changed with a quick click and even applied to all charts in the survey. SurveyMonkey also offers easy ways to change attributes, such as decimal places, that can be a nuisance in other packages.

The "best value" Advantage plan, at $32 per month or billed annually at $384, adds features such as quotas for respondents who meet certain criteria and basic piping (using answers to customize future questions on a survey) or "carry-forward response" (known as "masking" in some other packages) that allow selected answers to be used in a future question for further refinement of responses. However, one must pony up for the Premier tier ($99 per month, billed annually at $1,188) to access the full breadth of logic options; that's disappointing. Other features at that tier, such as advanced block randomization and multiple language support, are more inline with features beyond the mainstream.

Hello. I am looking to create a workflow based on SurveyMonkey responses, but am not sure if HubSpot is capable of quite this level of specificity. One of the questions we are asking in our survey is contact information for an employee's manager. From there, we would like to automatically create a list for each new manager listed in the survey. Is it possible to create a new list based on whether or not there is already an existing list for a manager? I see that one can be done by stating if the name is known, if it does or does not contain something, etc., but am not sure it can do what we are wanting. Thank you for your help!

Another remarkable feature of this SurveyMonkey alternative is custom logic. This allows you to present questions based on the previous responses of your survey takers. The platform even comes with robust security and privacy features.

To capture maximum responses, you can embed your surveys on your website, share them via email or social media, or conduct them in person. So no matter where your audience is, your surveys will always be accessible to them.

SurveyMonkey is the world's leading provider of web-based survey solutions. Turn on Applets to manage your new surveys, track new responses and share them with teams, add new contacts to survey lists automatically, and much more.

If you use SurveyMonkey to collect survey responses (with a SurveyMonkey annual plan), you can import the completed responses directly into your NVivo project. The imported data becomes a dataset file that you can sort, filter or auto code.

When you merge responses into an existing survey, the Wizard settings that you chose when you first imported the survey cannot be changed. If you chose not to import questions when you originally imported the survey, when you merge, those questions cannot be imported. 041b061a72
